Torture in Occupied Western Sahara

Moulay Hassen Mohamed Fadel is a Saharawi human rights activist, he was kidnapped on the 31st of july 2006 and led to a police sation (Bijy) in Layoune capital of Western Sahara. He was brutaly tortured and interrogated and thrown 13 kilometers away from the town. The Morrocan police tried vainly to enroll him in its favour but he strongly refused the offer despite the deadly threats and the lucrative donations. (see picture of Moulay Hassen tortured).
