Black prison of El-Ayoune - the Western Sahara:
Sunday September 23, 2006, the Sahrawi political prisoner, ELGASMI Mohamed Lahbib, lost consciousness following a degradation of his health and suffers from the atrocious pains on the level of the intestines and the stomach. ELGASMI was transferred towards the Belmehdi hospital, in El-Ayoune, where he spent the night without any improvement of his state. He was taken back to his cell the following day morning.
Sunday September 23, 2006, towards 15h GMT, the Sahrawi political prisoner, TOUBALI Elhafed, was transferred towards the same hospital, after having lost consciousness. TOUBALI suffers from continuous vomiting. In the same way, Sahrawi the political prisoner, DADI Hamada, was also transferred towards the same hospital, following a degradation of his health and suffers from the atrocious pains in the intestines and loses consciousness regularly. Towards 18h GMT of the same day, the Sahrawi political prisoner, HADDI Ahmed Mahmoud Elkainan, lost consciousness following an intensity of the pains on the level of the kidneys.
Penitentiary direction continuous to close its eyes in front of the aggravation of the health of the Sahrawi human rights defenders and political prisoners, who carry out, an unlimited hunger strike since September 04, 2006 and continues to refuse to answer their legitimate claims.
Local prison of Inezgane - Morocco:
The Sahrawi political prisoners, in this prison continue to defy the pains and the diseases while remaining attached to their claims and rights. In spite of the threats and the attempts of the penitentiary direction to convince them to cease the strike, these strikers continue their fight.
LOUMADI said, has been in coma for almost a week, at the hospital of Inezgane, because of the hunger strike which he carries out since last 07 August.

The health of the Sahrawi political prisoner, ELHASSAN Abdallah, continues to worsen without any attention on behalf of the penitentiary direction which continues to maintain its position of the refusal to answer the legitimate claims of this prisoner.

Following the unlimited hunger strike that the sahrawi political prisoners started, among them SABBAR Brahim, since September 04, 2006, which caused many diseases destroying, gradually, the bodies weakens of those prisoners, we, daughter and sons of SABBAR Brahim, sahrawi prisoner of opinion in the terrible black prison in El-Ayoune, ex-disappeared in Kalaat M’Gouna, SABBAR Afaf (12ans), SABBAR Afan (8 years) and SABBAR Salah Eddine (4 years), launch an urgent and pressing call to all the organizations of human rights to act to save the life of our father and his comrades and to make pressure on the State of Morocco to answer their right claims.
Our father suffers from a dangerous degradation of his health, at the physical level as well as at the psychological level, following the hunger strike and the repercussion of ten years passed in the secret penitentiary of Kalaat M’gouna.
The family of SABBAR lived, at the time of his forced disappearance, terrible moments. His parents, Hamoudi and Mahjouba, were victims of psychological torture, since they were not allowed to see their son and to have his news. In the same way, his sisters, Fatimatou and Aicha had been victim of a nervous fall during a long period. His mother, during this sad and painful experience had lost the ability to talk and began again to speak only with the release of her son in 1991.
Our father was also victim of intimidation, torture and arbitrary arrest since his release in 1991 until his arrest on June 17, 2006. He was condemned in a first lawsuit to two years of firm prison. His brother SABBAR Limam, also, had been tortured and thrown outside the city of El-Ayoune, July 20, 2006, for only and single reason: to be the brother of SABBAR Brahim.

تحت شعار" الكرامة أو الشهادة
يخوض المعتقلون السياسيون الصحراوين إضرابهم عن الطعام المفتوح تنديدا بالمعاملات السيئة التي تطالهم داخل السجون المغربية
الاربعاء 20 شتنبر2006 نقل الى مستشفى انزكان المعتقلان السياسيان المضربان عن الطعام في حالة صحية جد متدهورة:
سعيد اللومادي الذي يخوض اضرابه عن الطعام لازيد من 47 يوما .يتحدث بالاشارة فقط
والشيخ بنكا الذي يخوض بدوره اضرابا عن الطعام لازيد من 15 يوما
تحت حراسة مشددة.حوالي الساعة العاشرة ليلا.
بحيث سقظ سعيد اللومادي في غيبوية.مما دفع الطاقم الطبي الى الاستعانة برجال الامن والاستخبارات على ارغامهما بفك الاضراب عن الطعام. وإلاسيختطفان اى جهة غير معلومة. وتحت التهديد والترهيب حاول الطاقم الطبي وضع أمصال للمعتقلين المقيدين الى الاسرّة بالاصفاد . وتحت مراقبة خمسة من رجال الامن أحدهم بزيه المدني . هذا المصل الذي رفضاه .استيقظ الشيخ بنكا من غيبوبته ليجد زميله في حالة صحية جد سيئة. وقد وضع له المصل. فقام بنزعه عنه بحجة انهما مضربين عن الطعام.
حوالي منتصف النهار من يومه الخميس واحد وعشرون شتنبر2006 تم ارجاع الشيخ بنكا الى السجن المدني بانزكان تاركا زميله في حالة صحية يرثى لها..

توفي أول البارحة احد ضحايا القمع المغربي الممنهج ضد جماهير الشعب الصحراوي بالأراضي المحتلة. يحظيه بمباري توفي بمدينة العيون المحتلة نتيجة مضاعفات التعذيب الذي تعرض له سنة 1999. يحظيه الذي أصيب بشلل تام افقده الكلام والحركة بقي ومنذ تلك اللحظة المؤلمة والمؤثرة في صراع مرير للبقاء إلى أن وافته المنية أول البارحة.
حالة الشهيد بحظيه البمباري التي أحرجت قوات الاحتلال اضطرتها لإرسال وفود للإطلاع على حالته المأساوية. وفي هذا الإطار زاره وفد تابع لما يسمى بالمنظمة المغربية لحقوق الإنسان يتكون من
عبد العزيز بناني رئيس المنظمة آنذاك وعضوية شوقي بنيوب وفطوم قدامة.
* كما قامت ماتسمى بهيئة الإنصاف والمصالحة ديكور النظام المغربي بزيارته.
* سجلت إحدى القنوات التلفزية الأسبانية فيلما وثائقيا عن حالته.
* كما وقفت مجموعات صحفية أجنبية على حالته المأساوية .
يحظيه البمباري كان من الشباب الصحراوي المواظب على الدخول في مختلف الأشكال النضالية فقد شارك مع مجموعة الشباب الصحراوي المحتج على السياسة الاستعمارية المغربية بدينة الرباط المغربية.
كان يشتغل بما يسمى بالإنعاش.
صورته قبل التعذيب وبعده تظهر همجية النظام التوسعي المغربي.
كل من يعرفه يثني على خصاله وروحه الوطنية المخلصة .

Black prison of El-Ayoune - Western Sahara:
Wednesday September 20, 2006, sixteenth day of the unlimited hunger strike that the Sahrawi human rights defenders and political prisoners carry out in the prisons of Morocco, recorded, the loss of consciousness of the Sahrawi political prisoner, ELHAJAJ Mohamed MOULOUD, following a degradation of his health, at midnight.
Half an hour later, the Sahrawi political prisoners, ELMOUSSAOUI Ahmed, DADI Hamada and CHOUBEIDA Laaroussi, were transferred urgently to the private clinic of the black prison after a degradation of their health. These prisoners refused to be neat by reaffirming that the only solution is to answer their legitimate claims.
The political prisoners and defenders of the human rights in this terrible prison continue their resistance in spite of their suffering and the diseases of which they are reached following the unlimited hunger strike that they carry out since September 04, 2006. Thus, HADDI Ahmed Mahmoud, suffers from pains in his kidneys, SABBAR Brahim suffers from stomach-aches, SBAI Ahmed suffers from heart attacks, ELHAJAJ and DAIDA suffer from headaches, TOUBALI and LOUMADI Abdessalam suffer from vomiting of bloods, BELYAZID and DADI suffer from the pains in there intestines, ELGASMI and CHOUBEIDA suffer from pains in the digestive system, ZOUGHAM Ghali and BENALLAL Sheikh suffer from regular loss of consciousness, and CHOUBEIDA also suffers from vomiting.
In spite of the danger that these serious cases represent, the penitentiary direction maintains its blind position and refuses any dialogue with the strikers. This position means only the indifference of this direction and its unconcern in front of a painful human situation, and reaffirms its contempt and its resentment with regard to the political prisoners and Sahrawi human rights defenders.

The Sahrawi Political prisoners, in this prison, continue their resistance in spite of their health and the diseases which do not cease destroying their weakened bodies.
The majority of these prisoners suffer from pains in the intestines and the stomach, headaches and repeated losses of consciousness.
The health of LOUMADI Said, in his forty third day of the hunger strike, still worsens and is always unable neither to move nor to speak.
The penitentiary direction continues to play the deaf ear and keeps its indifference and its unconcern.
Prison Locale of Ait Melloul - Morocco:
In this prison continues the Sahrawi political prisoner, HASSAN Abdallah, to suffer from the pulmonary pains while the penitentiary direction continuous to refuse neither to take the necessary care of him nor to answer his legitimate claims.
Central Prison of Kenitra - Morocco:
The Sahrawi political prisoners, AMIDANE Saleh and LAASSIRI SALK, continue to suffer. LAASSIRI suffers from vomiting a black colour liquid, whereas AMIDANE suffers from swelling of his legs what prevents him from moving.
The penitentiary direction keeps its indifference in front of these engraved cases while refusing neither to take the necessary care of them nor to answer their claims.

Judgement of the saharawi political prisoners in El-Ayoune and Agadir
El-Ayoune:
The saharawi political prisoners, DADI Hamada and ELMOUSSAOUI Ahmed, will appear, tomorrow, Wednesday September 20, 2006, before the Moroccan court in El-Ayoune.
We were informed that the two saharawi political prisoners were informed of their date lawsuit, today, Tuesday September 19, 2006.
We point out that those two political prisoners, like all the sahraouis political prisoners and human rights defenders in Moroccan prisons, started, since September 04, 2006, an unlimited hunger strike.
Moreover, saharawi political prisoner, DADI Hamad, had been fed out of oxygen, yesterday Monday September 18, 2006, after a degradation of his health in consequence of the hunger strike.
Agadir:
The Moroccan court of second degree of Agadir (Morocco), pronounced, today Tuesday September 19, 2006, severe decree against the saharawi political prisoners.
The sentences are like follows:
TAMEK Mohamed and NAJIAA BAchir, 4 years
KAJOUT Brahim and MANSOURI Driss, 3 years
WAISSI Elkharchi, discharged
BOUGARAA and BANGA Sheikh were excluded from this lawsuit because they are minors and the presence of their parents is obligatory.
This lawsuit knew the intimidation of the sahraoui human rights defender, living in France, ASFARI Naama and of the Lawyer Aline CHANU, who came from France to support the sahraouis political prisoners.

Urgent Call
In front of the critical situation of our dear children, saharawi political prisoners in the prisons of Morocco, who carry out an unlimited hunger strike, under the slogan: "together for the peaceful fight, in all the forms, for dignity, freedom and independence", and their health which does not cease being degraded following many diseases, pains and other repercussions of the hunger strike (kidneys, the stomach, intestines, headaches, heartaches, the tension, the nausea and vomiting, the loss of consciousness, comas... etc);
And in front of the stubbornness of the penitentiary direction and its refusal to answer the legitimate claims of these prisoners, as the same as its indifference with regard to their alarming health;
We, families and parents of the saharawi political prisoners in hunger strike, launch an urgent call to all the media and human rights organizations to make pressure on the State of Morocco to save the right of our children to life and to answer their right claims.

Collectif des Défenseurs des Droits de l'Homme Sahraouis "Territoires Occupés du Sahara Occidental" Nous informons l'opinion publique internationale que le défenseur des droits de l'homme sahraoui et membre du Collectif des Défenseurs des Droits de l'Homme Sahraouis aux Territoires Occupés du Sahara Occidental Tarrouzi Yahdih a été enlevé par des éléments des services de renseignements marocains. Il a été appréhendé le 13 septembre 2006 à 21h GMT dans un cybercafé à la ville de Tan Tan au sud du Maroc puis transféré, les mains menottées et les yeux bandés, à Laâyoune où il a été sauvagement torturé lors des interrogatoires dans les locaux de la police marocaine et en particulier au célèbre triste lieu de détention secrète PC CMI. Le défenseur sahraoui enlevé est connu pour son engagement en faveur du respect des droits de l'homme et ses relations avec les ONG des droits humains. C'est pourquoi les autorités marocaines ont lancé contre lui un mandat d'arrestation depuis un an et demi période durant laquelle il a agit en clandestinité sans pouvoir même assister aux funérailles de son père décédé en février 2006. En réaction à cet enlèvement, le Collectif des Défenseurs des Droits de l'Homme Sahraouis aux Territoires Occupés du Sahara Occidental communique à l'opinion publique internationale ce qui suit :
•condamne énergiquement l'acte d'enlèvement du défenseur des droits de l'homme sahraoui Tarrouzi Yahdih ;
•appelle le Maroc à libérer inconditionnellement le défenseur des droits de l'homme sahraoui enlevé ; •interpelle les mécanismes des droits de l'homme de l'ONU, l'Observatoire International pour la protection des défenseurs des droits de l'homme et les organisations internationales des droits humains pour intervenir auprès des autorités marocaines pour exiger la libération du défenseur des droits de l'homme sahraoui arrêté ;
•appelle toutes les organisations marocaines des droits de l'homme à soutenir le défenseur des droits de l'homme sahraoui enlevé et à exprimer leur solidarité avec le mouvement des droits de l'homme aux territoires occupés du Sahara Occidental;
•lance un appel solennel à toutes les forces vives, partout dans le monde, pour se mobiliser et lancer des campagnes de soutien et de solidarité avec les détenus politiques sahraouis actuellement en grève de la faim illimitée; •renouvelle son engagement à poursuivre ses actions de défense des droits de l'homme et faire connaître ; à la communauté internationale les violations des droits de l'homme commises par les autorités marocaines contre la population civile sahraouie réclamant pacifiquement l'exercice du droit à l'autodétermination. إختطاف
ملابسات اختطاف الحسين الجدي وابنه الرباني بمدينة كليميم
تم اختطاف المواطن الصحراوي الحسين ولد البشير ولد محمد سعيد الجدي من مواليد 1950 باسا جنوب المغرب متزوج وأب لعشرة أبناء. مهنته تاجر، وذلك نتيجة نشاطه السياسي وعلاقته بمجموعة من النشطاء الحقوقيين. ليتم الزج به بمخفر الشرطة يوم الأربعاء 6 شتنبر 2006 بعد اختطافه على الساعة العاشرة والنصف صباحا من محطة اسا الزاك بكليميم .لتلفق له تهمة لا يعرف فصلها من فصلها وأثناء مثوله أمام القضاة صرح بكونه صحراويا ولهذا تم اعتقاله نتيجة تشبثه بمبادئه وأفكاره الداعية إلى استقلال الشعب الصحراوي وحقه في تقرير المصير بل ذهب إلى أبعد من ذلك أثناء الاستماع إلى أقواله بقاعة المحكمة ليشهر علم الجمهورية العربية الصحراوية الديمقراطية طالبا من الرئيس محاكمته تحت هذا العلم الوطني وليس الحكم باسم جلالة الملك ليتدخل بعض أفراد من الشرطة لانتزاع العلم الوطني بعدما أسقطوه أرضا لتكبيله بالأصفاد وإخراجه من قاعة المحكمة. بعد ذلك تدخل ابنه الرباني ولد الحسين الجدي من مواليد 1982 باسا الذي كان حاضرا أثناء المرافعة وهو يصيح في وجه أفراد الشرطة" أوقفوا تدنيسكم للعلم الوطني" عاشت الجمهورية العربية الصحراوية. ليتم إيقافه من طرف رئيس المحكمة و تسليمه إلى الشرطة قصد التحقيق معه علما انه لا زال لحد الساعة بمخفر الشرطة. وللإشارة فان الرباني الحسين الجدي قد تم طرده من الدراسة من طرف مدير إعدادية الحضرمي سنة 1997 نتيجة أفكاره المؤيدة لاستقلال الشعب الصحراوي.

تشهد المدن المحتلة و جنوب الغرب تصعيدا امنيا مستمرا من طرف اجهزة القمع المغربية ضد جماهير شعبنا الاعزل خاصة ما تعيشه الفئة الشابة من مطاردات و حملات اعتقال و تعذيب و كل هذا المسلسل القمعى ياتى تزامنا مع الدخول المدرسى هذه السنة للحيلولة دون استمرار المظاهرات على غرار السنة الدراسية الماضية و للضغط على الشباب المنتفض و دفعة الى مغادرة المدينة او الاستسلام و التولى عن الاهداف المرسومة و المتعاقة بتقرير المصير و الاستقلال.
الا ان الشبان و الشابات قد عقدوا العزم و اليمين على نهج الابطال الصامدين حتى طرد الغزاة الطامعين و لن تثنيهم و لا تخيفهم غطرسة و اكذوبة النظام الهش الذى اصبح يتساقط اربا اربا يوم بعد يوم.
و امام الخطة التنكيلية الممنهجة قام ابطال الانتفاضة ليلة اول امس بتوزيع صور الناشط الحقوقى و المعتقل السياسى التروزى يحظية الذى تعرض لشتى انواع التعذيب النفسى و الجسدى فى مخافر الشرطة الجبانه فى شوارع و ازقة مدينة الطنطان و فى العيون المحتلة رفع الاعلام الوطنية فى زنقة بولمان و فى حى معطلا و فى مدرسة المعلمين المتواجدة بمخيم الشيلة وكذالك فى مدينة السمارة المحتلة هى الاخرى حيث تم توزيع عدد كبير من المناشر فى مايسمى بحى العودة و على اثر ذالك تم اعتقال الشاب حمون عبد الفتاح و تعريضه للتعذيب فة منطقة الكايز و رميه بالقرب من منزل عائلته و هو فى حالة خطيرة.
حول تفاصيل اخبار الناشط الحقوقى و المعتقل السياسى التروزى يحظيه الذى مثل امام وكيل الظلم و قاضى التحقيق نهار اليوم بعد ثلاثة ايام من التعذيب و الذى تم ارساله الى الحبس لكحل بالعيون المحتلة هذا المساء انظر التقرير التفصيلى فى دفاتر الصحراء.

يخوض المدافعون عن حقوق الإنسان و المعتقلون السياسيون الصحراويون، بالسجن لكحل بالعيون، منذ يوم الإثنين 04 سبتمبر 2006، إضرابا مفتوحا عن الطعام بعد سلسلة من الإضرابات الإنذارية عن الطعام كان آخرها يومي 16 و 17 غشت 2006. و قد أقدم هؤلاء المعتقلون على هذه الخطوة، رغم خطورتها، بعدما أوصدت الدولة المغربية كل أبواب الحوار الجاد و المسئول أمامهم و قابلت مطالبهم بالتجاهل و اللامبالاة.
و إذ نعتبر داخل لجنة عائلات المختطفين أن مطالب هؤلاء المعتقلين مشروعة و عادلة، و إدراكا منا لما يشكله الإضراب عن الطعام من تهديد جدي على سلامتهم فإننا نعلن للرأي العام ما يلي:
- مطالبتنا الدولة المغربية بالإفراج الفوري عن كافة معتقلي الرأي و المعتقلين السياسيين الصحراويين بالسجن لكحل و كافة السجون المغربية
- مطالبتنا الدولة المغربية بفتح حوار جاد و مسئول مع المضربين عن الطعام و الاستجابة لمطالبهم المشروعة و معاملتهم كمعتقلي رأي
- تضامننا المطلق و اللامشروط مع كافة المدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان و المعتقلين السياسيين الصحراويين القابعين وراء قضبان السجون المغربية
- إدانتنا للأحكام الجائرة التي صدرت مؤخرا في حق بعض المعتقلين السياسيين الصحراويين بمحكمة الاستئناف بأكادير و التي تراوحت ما بين سنتين و ثلاث سنوات
- مناشدتنا كافة المنظمات الحقوقية و كل الفاعلين السياسيين و الإعلاميين لتكثيف الجهود من أجل حمل الدولة المغربية على الاستجابة لمطالب المضربين عن الطعام

مدينة العيون المحتلة
ابان عودتها من مدينة انواذيبو الموريتانيةتعرضت المواطنة ياية السالكة منت التروزى ولد السراخ للاعتقال و التعذيب رفقة ابائها الاربعة احمد ولد هدى 6 سنوات و منصور ولد هدى 3 سنوات و اتفرح هدى 11 سنة و سعيد هدى 13 سنة من طرف برج مراقبة الدرك الموالى للحزام و بعد اخضاعها لعة ساعات من التنكيل زوال اول امس تم نقلها الى مدينة الداخلة المحتلة وهى مقيدة اليدين و اعتقالها بمقر الدرك الملكى الغازى ومنع الزوار من القاء بها حسب المعلومات الاولية من عين المكان.
ومن جهة اخرى يتعرض المواطنين الصحراويين لحملة اعتقالات خاصة فى اوساط الشبان و اللمعتقلين السياسيين السابقين فى اطار عملية ردع مكشوفة تقوم خلالها اجهزة القمع مرؤسة من طرف المجرمان اش ابو الكلاب و حميد بحرى بمداهمة المنازل و تهديد العائلات و البحث عن بعض الاسماء من الذين كانوا فى المخيمات الصيفية فى فم الواد وقد تم اعتقال كل من لهويدى محمود المعتقل السياسى السابق و كذالك محمد اندور الذى رغم حالتة المرضية على اثر التعذيب الذى سبق ان تعرض له على ايدى الجلادين من ذى قبل فقد تم اقتياده هو اللآخر الى كوميسارية الشرطة المتواجدة بشارع السمارة ومنها تم نقله الى الشرطة القضائية و اخضاعه للاستنطاق من التاسعة ونصف الى غاية الثانية و نصف زوالا حيث تم تصويره ووضع له ملف متابعة بغية ارهابه و ثنيه عن مواقفه السياسية و الحقوقية.
وحسب مشاهد عيان فان خمسة شبان من بينهم الشاب بن لعمش علاى يوجدون قيد الاعتقال بنفس كوميسارية الشرطة القضائية.

مدينة العيون المحتلة يوم 30اغسطس 2006
السلطات الاستعمارية الغربية و اجهزتها القمعية تشن حملة ترهيبية فى مختلف المدن و المداشر الصحراوية بالمدن المحتلة و جنوب الغرب و ذالك تحضيرا للدخول الاجتماعى الذى سيكون هذه السنة مغاير للسنوات الاخيرة و ذالك نتيجة ما تشاهده المنطقة من عنف و تعسف ضد المواطنين العزل و التحدى و الصمود الذى اصبح يطبع تعامل الشبان المنتفضين لمواجهة غطرسة المحتلين.
وفى هذا الاطار فقد اقدمت فرقتان من كرواتيا شرطة القرب مساء اول امس على ا عتقال الشبان الاتية اسمائهم

على خلفية رفع علم وطني بزنقة ينبع حي الفتح قرب قيادة بوكراع
وبعد استنطاقهم لمدة سبع ساعات تم اطلاق سراحهم بعد سرقة كل مالديهم من نقود.

المعتقلون السياسيون الصحراويون بــ " آيت ملول وإنزكان " يرفضون التوقيع على محاضر تشمل الجنسية المغربية
ماإن دشن المعتقلون السياسيون الصحراويون القابعون بالسجنين المحليين " آيت ملول وإنزكان " اليوم من إضرابهم الإنذاري عن الطعام لمدة 48 ساعة ، قدم نائب وكيل محكمة الإستئناف بمدينة " أكادير " المغربية الى السجنين ويحوزته المحاضر التي طبخت للمعتقلين السياسيين الصحراويين قصد توقيعها ، حيث وبعد الإطلاع عليها من طرفهم رفض هؤلاء التوقيع عليها لكونها تحمل الجنسية المغربية وقد وضعوا مجموعة من الشروط للتوقيع علها من بينها " تغيير الجنسية المغربية بالجنسية الصحراوية ، وتغيير كل التهم الملفقة في حقهم " .
نائب وكيل الملك لدى محكمة الإيتئناف بمدينة أكادير المغربية ، وبشق الأنفس قبل أن يستلم الملف المطلبي للمعتقلين السياسيين الصحراويين بمناسبة دخولهم الإضراب الإنذاري المفتوح عن الطعام ، كما تم التأكيد عليه من طرف المعتقلين السياسيين الصحراويين على الحالة الصحية المتدهورة للمعتقل السياسي الصحراوي " اللومادي سعيد " وتغاضي الإدارة السجنية عن إضرابه المفتوح عن الطعام الذي بدأه منذ 07 غشت 2006 .
