On February 27th 1976, the Saharwi people under the brave leadership of the Polisario Front proclaimed their free and independent "Saharawi Arab Democratic Republic" as a consecration of the wishes and will of the Saharawi people and as a fruit of the 1000 year of struggle against the Spanish colonial yoke and all the similar covetous powers.
On the coming February the 27th, the Saharawi people will celabrate the 30th anniversary of the birth of their young republic. A stroong message will be sent through to the UN, as one of the direct responsable for the present deadlock of the peace settlement in Western Sahara, a stronger message will be sent to the Moroccan regime which continues to dishounour its engagements and commits atrocities against helpless Saharawi people in the occupied territories. The Saharawi people under the leadership of their unique representative will demonstrate their strength and capacities to proove that what cannot be reached by peace and dialog can be reached by other means, which are of course well known by the Moroccan Armes Forces deployed along the "wall of shame" which cowardly devides Western Sahara in two parts.
We call upon and openly invite the Swedish politicians and media and through them all the Nordic coutires to cover and witness this event "The 330th anniversary of the proclamation of the Saharawi Republic".
