Western Sahara, is a country in North West Africa, it lost its freedom and independence in 1884 when put under Spanish control after the Berlin Colonial Conference in the same year. As a result of geopolitical and economic calculations, It was illegally handed over to Morocco in 1975. Backed by strong allies, Morocco bloodily invaded Western Sahara. The people of Western Sahara are since then struggling with abnegation and sacrifice to defend their freedom, dignity and independence.
